International Health & Care Visa Workers

Design and delivery of a structured support programme for international recruits on Health and Care visas across South London. This includes 28 interactive training sessions and up to 350 one-to-one coaching appointments, focused on helping workers understand the UK health and social care system, settle into their roles, build confidence, and progress in their careers. The programme supports retention, wellbeing and integration of internationally recruited staff within local health and care services.
