Aim Solutions provides project management, consultancy and delivery support to organisations working across health, care and related sectors. We help stretched NHS, care and VCSE teams deliver meaningful results — not just reports.
Our work spans programme and project management, events, training, workforce projects, stakeholder engagement, communications and back-office infrastructure. Aim Solutions is a UK-registered company that has been established for over 10 years, providing practical, hands-on project delivery, consultancy and operational support across health, care and community settings.
Our work is varied, but at its core we help organisations plan well, deliver effectively and achieve meaningful outcomes. Our team brings deep sector knowledge and real context across these settings — we understand how they work and where they get stuck.
What makes us different is not just what we do, but how we work. We are a dynamic and passionate team, continuously learning, testing and embedding new AI tools and technologies into everyday work. This benefits not only us, but our clients too.
We are known for being hands-on, responsive and able to adapt to the needs of each client, whether that involves short-term project support or longer-term strategic delivery.
Aim Solutions works with organisations across the health, care and community sectors, particularly within the NHS, primary care, social care, VCSE and neighbourhood working landscape. We support a wide range of clients and partners, including NHS bodies, Integrated Care Boards, Primary Care Networks, GP Federations, GP practices, care homes and care providers, councils, voluntary and community organisations, and other stakeholders involved in improving services and outcomes.
Because much of our work sits within complex partnership environments, we are used to working across organisational boundaries and supporting collaboration between services, professionals and communities.
Aim Solutions specialises in the health, care and community sectors, particularly across the NHS, primary care, social care and VCSE landscape. We work with organisations operating in complex partnership environments, including neighbourhood and place-based models of care, where collaboration across services and communities is essential. Our team brings practical understanding of how these sectors work, where challenges arise and what it takes to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Clients choose Aim Solutions because we combine practical delivery with a real understanding of the environments they work in. We do not just produce plans or reports — we help organisations move work forward and achieve meaningful results.

Aim Solutions and Integrated Care Support Services (ICSS) are separate organisations, but we work closely together on aligned projects where this adds value. We will share resources where it makes sense to do so, for example we list training opportunities on the ICSS training page (https://www.integratedcaresupport.com/training)and video recordings on the ICSS YouTube channel.(https://www.youtube.com/@integratedcaresupport)
In simple terms, Aim Solutions tends to provide flexible consultancy, delivery and operational support, while ICSS focuses more on workforce development, training and community-based health and care support. Depending on the project, clients may work with one organisation or benefit from the strengths of both.
Aim Solutions has strong roots in workforce development across South London and Surrey and played a key role in the early development of Primary Care Training Hubs across the region from 2013 to 2023. Starting with the establishment of the Richmond Training Hub in 2013, followed by Wandsworth and Sutton, we helped shape and deliver a broad range of NHS workforce programmes.
Our team also led the South West London Training Hub in its original form for three years before handing over the contract to the newly established provider. Today, we continue to deliver similar workforce, training and support programmes in partnership with local health and care organisations.
