Healthy Weight Projects (Mounjaro)

Design and delivery of a South West London–wide training programme for primary care clinicians on tirzepatide (Mounjaro), covering safe initiation, ongoing management and practical prescribing considerations. Alongside the clinical content, we deliver 24 ‘Initiating Effective Conversations about Healthy Weight’ sessions to GPs, nurses, pharmacists and wider primary care staff, supporting them to hold sensitive, non-stigmatising conversations about weight, improve patient engagement and embed consistent, evidence-based approaches across SWL.

Commissioned primarily to deliver training, we recognised early that clinicians needed a single, trusted place to return to with questions. In response, we designed and built an online FAQ resource for clinicians, alongside slide decks and recordings, thereby offering added value through sustainability.
