Care Home Training

Aim Solutions delivers clinician-led care home training that is practical, engaging and designed to improve confidence and consistency on the floor. Our training offer spans CAIT (Communication & Interaction Training), Falls Prevention, Infection Prevention & Control, Manual Handling / Moving & Handling, Dementia Awareness, Care Certificate Awareness, Diabetes Awareness, Medicines Management, and Nutrition & Hydration—supporting safer care, stronger prevention, and better day-to-day resident experience.

We don’t just “deliver sessions” — we provide an end-to-end package that includes programme design and delivery across South West London, plus communications and marketing to drive uptake. Each session can be tailored with its own flyer, clear learning outcomes, and the right level for the audience (carers, nurses, seniors and managers). Training is supported by structured slide decks, practical tools, and feedback loops that help teams embed learning.

Delivery is flexible to suit care settings: sessions can run weekdays, evenings and weekends, with optional choice of sessions depending on need. Programmes can include up to 80 hours of training, supported by registration and booking links, feedback forms for continuous improvement, and certificates of attendance / Navigator digital badges to recognise participation and build workforce capability over time.
