Our work is delivered through a Contract for Services which may be by day-rate, package or retainer.
TRAINING HUB DELIVERY
We provide the full Training Hub service for HEE and NHS England. This includes workforce planning, development of education programmes and projects, student placement co-ordination, pilot projects, bid writing, budgeting, stakeholder management & reporting.
We provide back-office functions to support the interview process including; advert & JD development, advertising, shortlisting, question preparation, panel pack prep & candidate liaison.
We support end- to- end management of the HEE & NHSE fellowship programmes including planning, recruitment, budget management, stakeholder management, portfolio role development, reporting & evaluation.
NHS INDUCTION SESSION
We deliver a 2-hour induction session to help new recruits gain a better understanding of the NHS system, supporting both recruitment & retention. It covers PCNs, CCGs/ICS, Training Hubs, funding flows, HEE and NHSE schemes and a jargon buster.
This session is used by Training Hubs and GP federations to support recruitment & retention (including Fellows and GPVTS). The session may be used to compliment a broader induction & training programme.
We support STP/ICS with the operational delivery and management of the local NHSE resilience programme. This includes practice liaison, development of support packages, co-ordination and delivery, stakeholder management, reporting & evaluation.
Group facilitation work on a stand alone basis or to compliment an existing programme to support development of peer support & networking.
These sessions may be used to support embedding new roles within the primary care team, team development and business planning or objective setting.
APPRENTICESHIP LEVY TRANSFER
We support non-levy paying organisations to register for the apprenticeship service and facilitate the levy 'gifting' process between levy paying organisations and non-levy paying organisations.
PCN SUPPORT SERVICES
We provide PCN management support across the full portfolio of PCN work, including ARRS recruitment, ARRS submissions, DES contract management and planning, stakeholder management, recording and reporting.
We apply recognised project management principles across all our programmes of work. We use project briefs to outline the scope of work, expected deliverables, timescale, budget, communication plans, reporting schedules and evaluation.
Our team organise and deliver training which may include working closely with providers to develop bespoke programmes according to need.
