Primary Care Fellowship Programme

End-to-end management and administration of the GP & Nurse Fellowship Programme (2019–present). This includes coordinating GP peer support and themed educational sessions, developing and maintaining online resources (including recordings), arranging portfolio host placements (1–2 sessions per week) with partner health and care providers, and administering three-way MOUs between fellows, practices and hosts. We undertake salary calculations and reimbursements to practices, manage the CPD budget and claims process for fellows, organise socials and networking events, and maintain three active Fellowship WhatsApp groups to support communication, engagement and peer connection.
